Registration for the 2024-2025 Annual Program is open March 1, 2024 through April 1, 2025.

Semester registrations are available for ages 2.5-4 and Adults only from March 2025-June 2025. 

​

New families/ returning families: $50.00 registration fee (any date)

Returning Families/ current families: $0.00 registration fee (3/1/25- 7/1/24)

New and returning families are encouraged to complete placement summer classes for the upcoming season. Students who enter after the summer placement classes occur, cannot be guaranteed a spot for their classes of choice.

Registration is required for placement classes. All students assessments of correct levels will help students enter the dance year more confident and will show progress. Alma Dance is dedicated to the growth of our students.

A 5% DISCOUNT is given to those making their annual payments at the time of registration. 

If you select the monthly payment plan, payments are due between the 25th and 1st of each month and month 1 and 10 are due upon registration.

Late Fees begin on the 2nd of the month and a $40.00 late fee charge will be added to your account.

​

Termination of your membership may be honored by emailing the academy 30 days before the next billed month. No refunds, no exchanges, no credits are refunded under any circumstances. Emails must be sent to: AlmaDanceAcademynj@aol.com

Our academy conducts two (2) showcases a year, and one (1) summer in house showcase.

 

Our academy expects all dancers ages 6 and over to participate in our dance showcases. The dancers, alongside the teachers and staff, parents and supporters look forward in watching the advancement and milestones met during our shows.

Showcase participation fee: $125.00 (includes fees and showcase longsleeve) per participant / per show

​

Winter Showcase (non denomination) Costume fees will be posted in your account in October 1, you may log onto your account to pay fees anytime up to November 1.

​

If you are on the annual or auto pay plan, these fees will be drafted on November 1.

​

Spring Showcase  Costume fees will be posted in your account in January 1, you may log onto your account to pay fees anytime up to March 1.

​

If you are on the annual or auto pay plan, these fees will be drafted on March  1.

​

Costume fees are as follows:

ages 3-6: $75.00 per costume

ages 7-11: $85.00 per costume

ages 12-17: $95.00 per costume

Flamenco students: please check with director since costumes are custom

PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE REGISTERED IN 4 OR MORE CLASSES. YOU MUST CONTACT THE ACADEMY BEFORE NOVEMBER 1 AND AGAIN JANUARY 1.
